Many people oftenexperience times when they just wish to hit a sand bag until it bursts, or keep hitting a ball from a high speed pitching machine until the bat starts to smoke. Yet, all the sand bags and pitching machines won’t assist calming down a raging fury within, an emotion we know as rage. It is one of the basic human feeling, yet the manner all of usshow it is different. Some people turn extremely aggressive and some can manage to remain calm. A person can beangry in various situations. Most of it is when the person is is upset, hurt, rejected or provoked due to hostile actions.
For an angry person, it might seem justifiable to react violently or in an equally harshway, but the results are usually devastating. As they say, someone who can hurt you the most is no one but your own self. Actions taken under extreme rage can sometimes cause the whole life of that person.
Anger can also have negative impacts on human body along with the brain. Expressingrage by being violent can cause the heart to beat much faster than normal and can result inabruptstrain on the nervous system. People who remaincalm in any condition, and pardon others for their behaviors are less prone to heart diseases and blood pressure disorders.
For a personhaving anger management problems and no control over how he/she reacts when provoked even slightly, aid is definitelyimperative. Yet, the best sort of aid in this case is self help. The greatest thing to do in an angry state is to just take time and think of the results of whatever reaction you are about to take. There is merely any chance that it was something wise. So, before reacting, you should stop, think and rethink.
If you seriously feel the urge to purge your rage out, find a lonely area where you can be alone and scream out loudly. You can even try breaking an empty jar or stomping on a few tin cans. Since, your body is more active and energizedwhen you are in an enraged state, try to utilize that energy in somethingproductivein a way. For instance, play tennis or badminton.
Cans and glasses can do great in bursting it out, but still the best thing is to try comforting yourself in a more peaceful way. Taking deep breath is a good thing to calm down your mind and body. Try to sit anywhere comfortable and quite, and breathe in from your diaphragm. Hold your breath for moments and gradually breathe out.
Try to understand people’s actions and sayings from their point of view. Try to understand the facts that make up a certain opinion in other their mind. Distinct backgrounds, distinct upbringing, environment and personal experiences, can all play an significant part in differentiating people from others. So, the conflict of ideas is natural. If you think they are wrong, avoid getting into confrontations unless you think it is about to be a positive one.
